Yes, they make wonderful gifts! You can ship a kit directly to a loved one's doorstep, as we never include paper invoices or price tags inside our packages. Alternatively, if you want them to customize their own setup, we also offer digital gift cards!

    Yes, absolutely! To keep the bag light enough for you to carry and to keep shipping costs fair, we include 0.5L of ready-to-drink water per person inside the kit. To fully cover your 72-hour needs without the heavy weight, we provide heavy-duty water purification tablets and a portable water filtration straw. This ensures you can instantly purify external water sources on the go.

    • How often should I replace the items inside my kit?

    Most of your kit’s core survival gear is built to last a lifetime, but consumable items like food, water, and medicine will need to be refreshed over time.

    To make this completely stress-free for you, we have included a printed inventory list right inside your backpack. This sheet clearly lists every single item in your kit alongside its exact expiration date, so you can track and control your inventory at a glance without having to unpack everything.

    • How long will it take for my order to arrive?

    We have a 24 to 48-hour processing time to securely pack your emergency kit before it is handed over to the courier. Once shipped, it will follow standard Royal Mail delivery times.

    • What are your shipping details?

    We ship all items in compliance with UK postal safety standards, ensuring all contents are securely and safely packaged. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and we use Royal Mail to deliver your kits directly to your door.

    • What is your return policy?

    We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return, your kit must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
