Refund policy
Overview
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
UK Statutory Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us. This applies to all items, including sale items, but excludes personalized goods or sealed items that have been unsealed (e.g., hygiene or personal care products).
How to Start a Return

- Change of Mind: If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.
- Faulty Items: If the item is defective or damaged, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label or refund your postage costs.
- Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items must be packaged securely; for bladed articles, please ensure the package is clearly labelled and handled in accordance with UK courier safety guidelines.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a legal right to a full refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (such as food or survival rations).
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (such as beauty or hygiene products) if the seal is broken.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Legal Notice (UK)
- Bladed Articles: The multi-tool included in certain kits is a bladed article. UK law prohibits the sale or delivery of bladed articles to anyone under 18. By purchasing this kit, you affirm you are aged 18 or over. Improper delivery or use may constitute a criminal offence.
- Age Verification: Age verification is required at checkout and upon delivery (via a "Signed For" age-verified courier service). We reserve the right to cancel the order if age cannot be verified or if delivery cannot meet these conditions. Always store tools out of reach of children.
Warranty & Liability
This kit is for emergency preparedness and camping/outdoor use only. It is not a weapon. Misuse of any tool may lead to injury or legal consequences.
Manufacturer/seller is not responsible for misuse, improper set-up or failure of individual items due to acts of nature, negligence or misuse.
Guarantee
The kit is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase (tools only).
- Consumables: food, tablets, medicines, and hygiene items are not covered by the 12-month warranty except in the case of proven manufacturing defect or early failure.
- Shelf life indications apply only if items are stored under recommended conditions.
- Proof of purchase is required for any claim.
